My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though impeccably clean, were tiny and cramped. The front side rooms faced the car parking area, which can be a bit noisy. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with staff being polite, professional, and accommodating to specific dietary needs. The location was convenient, especially being a short walk from Panjim Busstand, but the dining experience had some flaws with messy tables and uncovered food items.

The hotel presented a nicely organized approach to handling our requirements and health protocols during these difficult times, despite some dustiness in the room after a long flight with our 3-year-old. Overall, thank you for your efforts.

The service, especially from Miss Soumee, Raj, and Chakra, was exceptional and very welcoming, offering a range of convenient amenities. The location was good, with various nearby dining options, though it was a bit challenging to reach due to construction. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with excellent food quality but room temperature items lacking covers, which attracted mosquitoes. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs.
